How much pandas can be replaced by SQL and dbt?

Using dbt (data build tool), I created analytics for myself regarding my own cycling training.

I wanted a way to track visits to this website without using an out-of-the-box solution.

I need to switch from using the date of the activity to the created date of each activity file.

I wanted a customizable, free way to analyze my own bike rides. So the obvious answer was an end-to-end data pipeline to achieve this.
